Hawzah News Agency- Dr. Abbas Araghchi, Iran’s Minister of Foreign Affairs had a meeting with Ayatollah Alireza Arafi on Friday, November 29 in the office of the Director of the Islamic Seminaries, as part of his plans to travel to Qom and meet with great religious authorities and scholars.

In this meeting, the Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs presented a report on the programs and activities of this ministry in the field of international interactions, especially relations with neighboring countries in the region, as well as new developments in Lebanon and Gaza.

Before this meeting, Dr. Araghchi had met with Grand Ayatollahs Makarem Shirazi, Nouri Hamedani, and Javadi Amali and Sobhani in Qom.

The Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs also held a meeting with Hujjat al-Islam Shahrestani, representative of Grand Ayatollah Sistani, after visiting the holy shrine of Hazrat Fatima Masoumeh, peace be upon her in Qom.
